What is an Aura Cleansing?
Aura cleansings clear the negative energy that is in a persons energy field (aura) around them. Dark, murky colors indicate that a person is suffering from negativity, depression, anxiety, or other negative factors. This can compromise ability to love, work, and live life to the fullest.
 
How are they performed?
I can perform an aura cleansing on you or a loved one (family member, friend, romantic partner, etc.) I'll need to know the time zone of who is getting the work done, and their estimated sleep schedule (if possible). It is OK if you are not able to give me accurate information, as the aura cleansing will be performed successfully whether the client is fully awake or not. The outcome is not impacted if the client is wide awake, to be clear.  It only makes my job a bit less draining if the client is asleep. :)
 
It takes me about an hour to complete a single aura cleansing. I connect with the client to perform spiritual healing to the aura to heal the person of any negative energy that is trapped in the aura. This can be negativity caused by trauma, PTSD, toxic people/environments, and bad life experiences in general.  Life itself is draining in itself, so it is good to stay on top of your aura health and well-being!
 
What should I expect after the Aura Cleansing?
After the cleansing the next day you may feel some signs right away. Commonly, you may be feeling "different" or unusual, without a clear way to explain why. Temporarily, your moods may fluctuate.  The aura is healing and energy is getting restored so that it is healthy and operational again in full. It may take 1-2 weeks for your aura to be fully restored after the cleansing is completed, depending on the severity of the case.
 
Should I get an Aura Cleansing and Chakra Healing in the same session?
Yes! I  even offer a discount if you do this, as aura work and chakra work complement one another. You will get better results if you do both of these versus just one or the other. Both are very important for your spiritual health and energy!
